We want you to be satisfied with A-Tracker. This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures.
No Contracts: A-Tracker is a month-to-month service. Cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.
1. Subscription Details
- Price: $15.99 per month
- Billing Cycle: Monthly, charged on your registration date
- Service Included: Weekly monitoring of one (1) A-Number
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your client portal
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
When you cancel:
- Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You retain access to your case history
3. Refund Policy
All Sales Final - No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service (automated monitoring that begins immediately upon subscription), all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
This policy applies to all situations, including but not limited to:
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Not using the service during your billing period
- Dissatisfaction with information from government systems
- Changes in your immigration case
- Deciding you no longer need the service
Important: Since this is a no-contract, month-to-month service, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. We encourage you to cancel promptly if you no longer need monitoring.
4. Account Reactivation
If you cancel and wish to resubscribe:
- You may reactivate at any time through the client portal
- Your previous case history will be preserved
- Standard monthly pricing applies

Queremos que esté satisfecho con A-Tracker. Esta política explica nuestros procedimientos de reembolso y cancelación.
Sin Contratos: A-Tracker es un servicio mes a mes. Cancele en cualquier momento sin penalidades ni cargos.
1. Detalles de la Suscripción
- Precio: $15.99 por mes
- Ciclo de Facturación: Mensual, cobrado en su fecha de registro
- Servicio Incluido: Monitoreo semanal de un (1) Número A
2. Política de Cancelación
Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento:
- Inicie sesión en su portal de cliente
- Navegue a Configuración de Cuenta
- Haga clic en "Cancelar Suscripción"
Cuando cancela:
- Su servicio continúa hasta el final de su período de facturación actual
- No se le cobrará por el siguiente ciclo de facturación
- Conserva el acceso al historial de su caso
3. Política de Reembolsos
Todas las Ventas son Finales - Sin Reembolsos: Debido a la naturaleza de nuestro servicio (monitoreo automatizado que comienza inmediatamente al suscribirse), todos los pagos de suscripción son finales y no reembolsables. Al suscribirse, usted reconoce y acepta esta política de no reembolso.
Esta política aplica a todas las situaciones, incluyendo pero no limitado a:
- Olvidar cancelar antes de la renovación
- No usar el servicio durante su período de facturación
- Insatisfacción con información de los sistemas gubernamentales
- Cambios en su caso de inmigración
- Decidir que ya no necesita el servicio
Importante: Dado que este es un servicio mes a mes sin contrato, puede cancelar en cualquier momento para prevenir cargos futuros. Le recomendamos cancelar prontamente si ya no necesita el monitoreo.
4. Reactivación de Cuenta
Si cancela y desea volver a suscribirse:
- Puede reactivar en cualquier momento a través del portal de cliente
- Su historial de casos anterior se conservará
- Se aplica el precio mensual estándar
